Crawl and Indexation Diagnostics

RadiusRank diagnoses public robots, sitemap, canonical and accessibility signals. It does not submit URLs, control a search engine's index or guarantee that a technically accessible page will be indexed or cited.

Updated 5 minute evidence brief

Scope and boundaryThe capability is diagnostic. Search Console inspection and submission require the customer's own authorized Google workflow.

Data as of August 14, 2026. Next scheduled review: September 14, 2026.

What the evidence supports

  1. Robots permission controls crawling behavior, not whether a page deserves or receives indexation.
  2. A sitemap is a discovery signal, not an instruction to index every listed URL.
  3. Canonical, noindex, redirects and rendered content must be assessed together before diagnosing an indexation issue.

What is available, assisted and outside the product

This boundary table is based on the shipped product specification and the public offer. It is designed to prevent a recommendation from being mistaken for automation.

Diagnose in the correct order

01

Fetch

Confirm status, redirect chain, robots access and rendered response.

02

Interpret

Inspect canonical, noindex, page substance and duplication signals.

03

Validate with owner data

Use Search Console only inside the customer's authorized account when that evidence is available.

Methodology

  1. Checked the current public RadiusRank offer against the authenticated product specification on August 14, 2026.
  2. Classified each capability as available in product, recommendation only, service methodology or not native.
  3. Preserved the August 12 capability snapshot and published the changed subscription terms in a separate August 14 offer record.

Limitations

  • No URL submission or Search Console access is included.
  • A public diagnostic cannot reveal every search-engine index decision.
  • Technical eligibility does not guarantee indexing, ranking or citation.

Questions

Is crawl and indexation diagnostics fully automated?

Only the functions marked available in product are automated. Recommendations, implementation and external-system measurement require a person or an authorized integration.

Does RadiusRank change a live website automatically?

No. RadiusRank diagnoses and produces prioritized outputs, but it does not publish to a CMS or change a production site without a separate implementation workflow.
